Returns & Refunds Policy

In case you are not happy with your purchase you can return it within 7 days (including weekends) of the delivery date at your local courier. You can either change your product with a different one or request a refund (only if the product is eligible for a return). Refunds are processing according to the payment method. In case you used the method of Cash on Delivery you will need to include your Bank details within your return form in order to proceed with the refund of the amount to your bank account.

Refunds and Exchanges are not eligible for products with the label ‘Final Sale’ ,  or for products with 50% or more Sales,  or with the note ‘Pre Order’.
Refunds are not eligible for products with 40% or more Sales, or for products with Sale Coupons & Flash Sales.
At such cases only Exchanges are eligible with other Sale products with equal or higher value.
Refunds are not eligible for any kind of ‘Flash Sale’ or Sale Coupon promotion.

Return costs will be under the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping & COD Costs are non refundable and will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
If you wish you can use our own courier company with the cost of 5 Euro under our company’s name and at this case the Shipping Costs will be deducted from the amount of the Refund.
For purchases out of Greece return & shipping costs are under the responsibility of the buyer. Countries out the European Countries are not eligible for any return.
Cyprus purschases are eligible for a return only in cases that Shipping & Returns are processing with Express Mail Service.

In order to proceed with a return you must complete our return form which you will find here Return Form. Alternatively, you can log in into your account and select the option ‘Return Form’ which you will find at the section of Returns. The Return Form must be sent to the email sales@yourmedstyle.com and you will receive a confirmation email once it will reviewed by YMS team.

Refunds will be proceeded upon the receival of the products and within 10 business days. Products must be returned at a perfect condition and only with its labels exactly as you received them.

In case of a gift purchase refunds are not available and receiver can only change the product with a different one.
