Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by notifying us via our Return Form  within 7 days of delivery (including weekends).
The item must then be shipped back to us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the delivery date at your local courier service.

You may choose one of the following options (provided the item is eligible for return):
– Exchange with a different product
– Refund
– Store Credit, valid for up to 3 months

Refunds are processed according to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please include your bank details (IBAN, Bank & Account Holder) in the Return Form so we can proceed with the refund.

Refunds and exchanges are not available for, Items labeled “Final Sale”, Items discounted 30% or more, Pre-Orders, Special or Personalized Orders.
Refunds are also not available for Sale items, Purchases made with Sale Coupons or Flash Sales, Excluding the Welcome Coupon (Email Subscription).

Seasonal Sale items discounted up to 30% are eligible only for Exchanges or Store Credit.

Purchases made using the Welcome Coupon (when available) are eligible for Returns and Refunds.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
You may choose to use our partnered courier service at a cost of €5. In this case, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

For purchases outside Greece, return and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Countries outside the European Union are not eligible for returns.
Cyprus orders are eligible for returns (exchanges & store credits) only if shipping and returns are processed via Express Mail Service (EMS).

How to Submit a Return:
To proceed with a return, please complete our Return Form, available here  Return Form.
Alternatively, log in to your account and select “Return Form” under the Returns section.
The completed form must be sent to sales@yourmedstyle.com. Once reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email from the YMS team.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Return Conditions:
Returned items must be:
– In perfect condition
– Unworn
– With original tags and packaging intact
– Please include the purchase receipt inside the package.
***Returns without a receipt will not be accepted.

Faulty Items
All items are thoroughly checked before shipping.
If you notice any issue with your order, please notify us within 2 days of delivery at sales@yourmedstyle.com, and we will assist you accordingly.
